Assistant Vice Provost and Chief Learning Officer for IU LAB, Professor of History, Director of American Studies, and co-chair of the faculty governance committee on General Education at IU Indianapolis.
Experienced academic leader and scholar whose leadership roles have included Associate Dean for Academic Programs, Director of the Institute for American Thought, and Chair of History and Social Science at Marian University. He currently serves as President of the Society for U.S. Intellectual History (2026–2028).
