Aspiring Leaders Program
The Aspiring Leaders Program is a small cohort experience for faculty who are interested in exploring future leadership opportunities. Offered each fall and spring semester, the program provides structured time for participants to reflect on their values and motivations, strengthen foundational leadership and communication skills, and develop a clearer understanding of how the university operates and makes decisions. Leadership is approached as influence, collaboration, and intentional practice, rather than as a set of formal roles alone.
The program meets in person for four 90-minute sessions during the semester. Through guided reflection, facilitated discussion, and conversations with leaders, participants gain insight into leadership pathways, build confidence navigating institutional structures, and identify next steps for professional development
