Annual Reviews
In alignment with the Academic Appointee Annual and Post-Tenure Productivity Reviews policy (BOT-24) all faculty members must complete an annual review. Elements @ IU is the official system of record for faculty annual reviews.
How to get started in Elements @ IU
Login to Elements @ IU- Review your profile and pre-populated data
- Begin adding or updating your current activities
Review Elements regularly to ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date when it comes time for annual reviews.
Important Dates
- Year-Round - Access Elements any time to update your work and activities
- October 26th - Schools, departments, areas, and units submit reviewer information to the Elements team
- December 15th - Access to the annual review exercise or the online form in Elements is available to faculty
- January 15th - Annual reviews must be submitted by faculty in Elements by this date. Please note that schools and departments may require specific documentation for a complete submission.
