Systems
The IU Information Environment (IUIE) is software that draws from PeopleSoft (HRMS) to pull human resources reports regarding faculty and staff. To get access to the system, an employee must first complete both the HRMS Data Use Tutorial and the FERPA Tutorial found on this page.
Once the tutorials are complete, the HR Data Access Request form will be completed by the Office of Academic Affairs staff to request access to IUIE. Allow four to five business days for the request to be completed.
If access to PeopleSoft or HRMS eDocs is a requirement, separate training is required. Contact ude[dot]ui[at]rhdaca for assistance.
PeopleAdmin is software used by Indiana University as an applicant tracking system. To get access to the system, an employee must first complete both the HRMS Data Use Tutorial and the FERPA Tutorial found on this page.
Once the tutorials are complete, the HR Data Access Request form should be completed by the manager or supervisor of the employee requiring new or updated access to the HRMS Web Client and/or IU Information Environment (IUIE) and/or HRMS eDocs. Allow four to five business days for the request to be completed. (If HRMS eDocs is a requirement for the position, separate training is required. Contact ude[dot]ui[at]rhdaca for assistance.)
