Academic Affairs supports key human resource processes for faculty and academic administrators, including appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenure, leaves (medical, sabbatical, and others), and retirement.
We serve as a central resource for academic policies and procedures on the IU Indy campus and maintain the official personnel records for all full-time faculty.
