We partner with academic units and search committees to support equitable hiring practices, attract talented faculty, and foster a strong and engaged academic community.
Our office develops, administers, and evaluates professional development opportunities for faculty at every career stage. We also provide campus-wide training and resources to support academic units in faculty hiring, promotion and tenure, teaching excellence, leadership development, and mentorship.
